More cool nights and clear water . Crisp air in gentle breezes . Slowing down. Simplifying . Shedding layers . Clearing space .
Keep the instinct keep the animal keep the wild one within keep the child keep the crone keep the knowing and begin .
Comparison kills . Be yourself find your truths and live according to what is best for your unique life . No need to feel like you’re ahead or behind because that shit doesn’t exist . Maybe we’re just all on our own journey on our own timeline and the more we can live in accordance with our authentic selves the better off we will all be .

Masculine and feminine balances in relationship . Masculine would be more planning executing while feminine is nesting and supporting . Masculine is Yang energy more doer and feminine is more yin and grounded. We’ve been bouncing around traveling and it’s been so nice to be able to step more into my feminine and be balanced by my man fully in his masculine. Feels good

Men should be getting around 1.1g of high quality protein per kg of body weight per day !! If someone has kidney issues that changes . If you’re consuming that much factory farmed meat its not ideal and can be counterproductive because of all the obesogens in it. Diversity is important . Higher quality protein like what’s raised and grown through regenerative ag is much more nutritious and has anti inflammatory fats in it instead of the inflammatory fats that come from conventionally raised meat eating grains and whatever else instead of grass fed and finished. No added hormones no weird antibiotic exposure through meat.

How to get rid of chronic hives asap : this depends on the person – listen to yourself . What is your body trying to tell you? Is it mold? Is it stress? Is it too much spice? Too many toxins? Gluten? The list goes on. Here’s where I would start.. find time for self care. Drink enough quality water- half your weight in oz. Make sure you are sleeping well and not over doing it with screens if possible. Get outside feet on the earth with slow easy awareness of breath. Start the elimination challenge (no booze citrus eggs gluten dairy corn soy pork beef coffee) style diet (minimum 21 days for truly clearing the entirety of the reaction) and drastically reduce intake of anything fermented/ high histamine (avocado, fish, choc, cured meat); eat whole foods that are more cooling (organic cucumber, watermelon that isn’t overly ripe) and supportive for the liver (Cruciferous like cauliflower). Find ways to sweat. You can work in supplements that are mast cell stabilizing like aller-response (NAC, Quercitin, bee pollen, nettle, vitamin c etc), make sure you stay well hydrated. If it isn’t an extreme acute flare then a coffee enema might also be extremely supportive but this shouldn’t be done by everyone. Take it easy – do yin yoga or yoga nidra and some breath work to reset your nervous system. Results vary dependent on the cause of the hives and removal of triggers should be done first but these interventions should be useful in any case. One thing at a time . The nervous system comes first


On taking yourself too seriously.. we’re just human. Give yourself a little grace. We weren’t made to be perfect. Our fuck ups are important teachings . Find the lesson. Laugh a little. Loosen up. Enjoy it.

I went shooting for the first time. I kept having this dream that I needed to know how to use a gun to help people I love but had no idea. I don’t think it’s fair to make assumptions about people. We all have our different reasons and thought processes . I wish we could talk more openly about this shit and have conversations with people with different opinions without starting wars .

When is it enough? We work so hard to get to where we’re at but are we even giving ourselves the credit for how far we’ve come? Perfect isn’t human.

Healing in alightment with nature . Think of water shaping rock . Think of a forest growing . Or pastures shapeshifting .. think of butterflies from inchworms . The seasons unfolding . That is healing . It isn’t always as fast as we hope but if we take the time and give ourselves space to learn from mistakes and keep growing then it happens over time . If you took a Timelapse you’d see the very apparent progression but day by day sometimes it doesn’t feel like much change at all. As much as we might attempt to distance ourselves from nature we can’t fully be separated because we are natural beings and the same laws that govern nature also apply to us. Embrace yourself by embracing nature . Heal alongside her . No forcing just flowing .




Reframing self discipline as self advocacy . You know what your needs are . You deserve to feel good . Discipline activates my inner rebel so advocacy moving forward might serve me better. Going to give it a try

I will forever wonder why people feel so obliged to hang out with people that they don’t actually feel good being around . I’d rather hang solo than be around people that feel draining to me . Don’t be Afraid to say no . Give yourself permission . It’s not a nice thing to put yourself into shitty situations . Take care of your energy .



We’re planning on heading east by summer . Starting to sink in to it being the last 9months in OB. It’s been good to us . We’ve grown a lot since moving here . Love this neighborhood and everything that makes it feel like home away from home . The cliffs . The beach walks . The pacific . The plants . The pelicans . Feeling a lot of appreciation to have been lucky enough to let It all rub off on me and getting excited for the next chapter . But for now – soaking it all in .


Samhain ::: a time to connection with ancestors . Of magic and new beginnings . To connect with the night and the shadows within us all and illuminate them and invite them to the table . A time to connect with the sweets of the natural world with carnations and autumn treasures . A reminder that death is part of life and although it can be hard it’s also so incredibly beautiful and necessary . A time to lean into joy and play and expression and creativity . A time for prayers for the coming year and to our ancestors for protection and connection and guidance .


November 1st “the witches new year” . I decided I’m going to be sober until after my board exam in feb . Wanting to see what it feels like to get high from meditation and from being the most clear headed I possibly can be . Wanting to lean more into dream work and find other outlets for experiencing consciousness . What’s the point of waiting until after xyz to start treating yourself in a way that makes you feel best? Let’s start today

The fertility awareness method is not the rhythm method. The rhythm method is based on the calendar . The FAM is based on an individuals daily signs and symptoms . It’s the most empowering and effective birth control method I have ever used. We can learn to trust ourselves. We don’t need to be afraid of our reproductive body.

Constellation therapy : using external representatives to hold space for whatever you’re looking for clarity and peace around. I’m doing this training on how to facilitate because I’ve had patients that seem like there’s something that’s blocking their progression that isn’t theirs or something they’re carrying that could be alchemized as a catalyst for deep healing that has the potential to also heal future generations. If you’ve got something in your family line that you’re aware of but have had a hard time resolving or something from this lifetime that weighs on you that you wish you could say to someone or find peace around then I’d see if you could find a constellation therapist near you or find someone you could do a virtual session with . It’s been really cool seeing how powerful and effective it can be with my own shit. You don’t need to carry it all alone.

On dualism and the resulting aggression is created … there is more of a prism than black and white . We should welcome a difference of opinions instead of being so afraid . Maybe it would cultivate more love for each other and keep us from killing each other. Maybe it would foster more progression and creative thinking. Maybe it’s just human nature to be afraid of “outsiders” but as the world becomes more connected through travel and the internet – maybe we can evolve away from war and realize we all fundamentally want and need the same things. There’s other ways to connect outside of judging others.


On taking the charge away from foods – food isn’t good or bad . Food is food. Some food is processed . Some food comes from the earth. That doesn’t make it good or bad . When we label it as good or bad we can feel more tempted by the bad and like we only have room for enough of the good. We tel ourselves oh we’re good for eating the apple or were bad for having Oreos . Can we all just stop fucking doing this to ourselves? We’re all just doing our best. It might look different day to day but we all are just here- somewhere we likely didn’t ask to be – doing our best. It’s more about how the food makes you feel. We are worthy of feeling good.


On dreaming .. there’s different types of dreams . I’ve learned that one subset is basically our subconscious trying to get messages through. If you have recurrent dreams or patterns that get louder and louder then it would probably serve you to pay attention. Since be sober my dreams are getting super vivid and I took this class on how to interpret dreams that was incredibly useful and some of the lessons that came forward from it have been life changing for me. It’s been a really fun modality to explore it. Everything in our dreams are parts of ourselves. What is asking to be seen?

What would it look like if we started reframing sickness as a catalyst to becoming more whole?

What makes you tear up? What makes you infuriated? What gives you chills? Do you see a theme? These things could be what you’re soul is asking for. We will all probably be better off if you listen.
